These are the options for the weekly tutorial sessions for 2025-2026.

The weekly tutorial session is either on Friday, or on the following Monday.  This live class takes place via Zoom and is an opportunity for your child to be taught by a professional Academy tutor/teacher, to reflect upon the past week, and to get some questions answered.

The below start times are given in MT (Mountain Time), which is 2 hours behind ET, and 1 hour ahead of PT.

Each tutorial session is approximately 55-minutes long.

Grade 5 Tutorial session (with Maria Cabeza):

• Friday at 10:30am MT

Grade 6 Tutorial session Options (with Maria Cabeza):

• Friday at 1pm MT
• Friday at 8am MT (only if enrollment is sufficient)

Grade 7 Tutorial session Options (with Maria Cabeza):

• Friday at 11:45am MT or Friday at 2:15pm MT

Grade 8 Tutorial session Options (with Sean Aronson):

• Monday at 1pm MT or Friday at 8am MT

Grade 9 Tutorial session Options (with Sean Aronson):

• Monday at 11:45am MT or Friday at 10:30am MT

Grade 10 TUTORIAL SESSION (with Sean Aronson):

• Friday at 11:45am MT, or on Monday at 10:30am MT. 

Grade 11 TUTORIAL SESSION (with Sean Aronson):

• Friday at 1pm MT 
• Monday at 8am MT

Grade 12 TUTORIAL SESSION (with Jamie York):

• Friday at 10:30am MT
