Refunds
There are no returns or refunds for books.
Academy and Workshop purchases may be partially refunded under certain circumstances, please contact us to request a refund.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your credit card statement again.
Contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Subscription Switching
Subscriptions may be switched between variations, for example within the Math Academy, by visiting your Account Page and looking under Subscriptions.
